Cellulite, known as ‘orange peel skin’, is caused by the herniation of subcutaneous fat within fibrous connective tissue. These underlying fat deposits in the skin create an unsightly dimpled appearance which is particularly noticeable on the buttocks, abdomen, thighs and upper arms. VelaShape III targets cellulite and loose skin and reduces the girth of the area at the same time.

 

VelaShape III combines infrared light and bi-polar radio frequency (RF) energy to heat fat cells, surrounding connective tissue and underlying dermal collagen fibres deeply yet gently, and vacuum to manipulate the skin.
