Try and have a week without garlic before having an injectable treatment.

It can also bolster the effects of blood-thinners like Coumadin (Warfarin) and non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs).
Overall this means you may bleed for longer and the risk of bruising is higher. So, best to avoid prior to any cosmetic treatments.
